Well hear it is New Years Morning… we were supposed to be in Borrego… with friends… but Terri has a terrible cold. So I’ve got the Rose Parade on the TV… and doing real estate on the computer…. So far… 2010 sounds a lot like 2009… but it is going to be a great year.
